How do you picture success? Do you have all the pieces in place or the right tools to efficiently execute your plan? Our 2010 Sabre Airline Solutions Operations User Conference is the event to help you understand the steps you need to complete your picture for success. The annual operations conference continues to offer to our user community the knowledge about the Sabre AirCentre solutions, and how we can work together to forge an unbeatable team.

This year’s conference will be on the west coast of California. An exciting adventure is planned for you by Sabre in Hollywood, movie capital of the world. Not only will you be able to participate in one of the largest conference Sabre Airlines Solutions offers, but you will be surrounded by the magic that can only be found in Hollywood. The conference, which will be held at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa from October 18 through October 21, is an extraordinary time for airline industry leaders to meet with the subject matter experts from Sabre and exchange views about the industry and the use of the Sabre Airline Operations products and services. The conference, themed “Complete the Picture,” will focus on working together to complete your picture of success by supplying those solutions that complete your operational requirements. It is a productive, but festive time that addresses the relationship we share in our Operations solutions, a look at the efforts of the past year and equally important, the development plans for the next few years.

After two days of informative information exchanges during the body of the conference, we will have a final day (Thursday) to meet as individual product groups to discuss in detail your product areas, talk about new product functionality and exchange views of how to make our operational world better.

The conference is an excellent forum for the operations user community to network with other users, receive updates on new solutions from Sabre and our preferred vendors, and to help set the future direction of future solutions. The conference provides many opportunities and forums for you to exchange ideas about the functional and technical aspects and uses of your Sabre solutions. Many ‘tips of the trade’ are shared during the sessions at the conference. Further, the Operations User Conference allows new members to call on the experience and expertise of long-term Sabre Airline Solutions customers.

Conference Registration & Pricing

Sabre Airline Solutions is pleased to offer the following conference packages:

2 Conference Days, 1 Hotel Night Accommodation         $US650.00

3 Conference Days, 2 Hotel Nights Accommodation       $US800.00

4 Conference Days, 3 Hotel Nights Accommodation     $US950.00

*If two people choose to share a room, one person should register and select the additional conference fee package of $US100.00 per night.  You will be charged one package fee and $US100.00 per night for the additional attendee.

Vice President Special
Vice President's conference fee will be waived, you will only be charged for your hotel fee $US150 plus tax.  You should register as a Gold Customer.  The hotel will require a credit card upon check in and will bill that credit card directly.

Activities

Networking Days

Olympic Day at the Beach

Get your game face on! Plan to depart the hotel at 1300. Transportation will be provided to the beach. Once at the beach you will be divided up into teams. Each team will elect a team captain and come up with a team name. For the first 1 hour and 30 minutes everyone will participate in fun and engaging games as you battle for the gold. Activities may include: sand volleyball, obstacle course, tug of war, or horseshoes.

The second part of the afternoon will challenge your creative side. The Sand Castle Competition! The first stage is “Sand School.” You will listen to a 10-minute seminar on different techniques to help you effectively use the tools supplied and create professional sculptures. Next is the “Blueprint Stage.” Teams are allowed 20 minutes to create an accurate blueprint of your Sand Sculpture, using the building materials and tools supplied. The third stage is the “Building Stage.” Participants have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete construction and decoration of their creation. Teams are also asked to create a 2-minute long “Sculpture Cheer” that you will perform creatively and publicly to the opposing teams. In addition, teams compete in a variety of quick challenge stations to gain extra points. Sand Creation ends with pre-selected individuals judging sculptures on creativity, size and detail. All the points are calculated to deem the first place team!

An awards ceremony will conclude the Networking Day with custom trophies awarded to each participant of the first place team.
