Sabre Rocade Airline Operations Suite Annual User Conference

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 2008 Sabre® Rocade® Airline Operations Suite annual user conference, scheduled June 17-19 in Stockholm, Sweden. The venue this year is — at the request of all attendees at the 2007 conference — Tammsvik. To all of you who may not be familiar with Stockholm and are newcomers to this conference, Tammsvik is located on the shores of Lake Malaren, 45 minutes from Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
This annual user conference is an event that all Rocade users should attend — every year! Your airline has, along with the rest of our customers, made a long-term investment in the Sabre Rocade Suite. One of the primary goals of the user conference is to increase the value of this investment — both for the short term as well as the long term. The user conference is designed to facilitate a pool of experience, expertise and ideas, and encourage dialogue. The format of the conference is varied: partly structured and carefully planned; partly spontaneous; and partly “event driven” to allow you to actively participate and contribute. This is the perfect opportunity to learn about the newest solutions and preview content planned for future solution releases. The user conference is an excellent forum to share experiences of best practices with users from other airlines as well as with our Sabre Airline Solutions team. The agenda includes both discussion forums and specialized product seminars. In the discussion forums, your input to ideas and feedback drives our future priorities with regards to solutions direction as well as services. In the solutions seminars, we cover specific enhancements in your individual areas of interest and discuss on a more detailed level the ideas and needs in future releases.

In addition to the agenda, the conference will include:
- Presentation of latest release and highlights from the next scheduled release,
- Presentation of new user interfaces in client/Web screens,
- Demonstration of the newly integrated add-on modules,
- Pre-bookable legality workshops,
- Service incident reviews with the support team,
- Product clinics, pre-bookable individual reviews.
The Networking Day — June 17
The networking day has become a true success. The purpose of this day is to “warm up” before the actual conference, to cultivate relationships with colleagues from other airlines and get to know “newcomers”. The agenda is confidential until 12.30 p.m. June 17 when the plan for the day will be gradually revealed.
Who?: The users conference is open to all Rocade suite customers and will benefit airline professionals with user, technical and management levels of experience.
Fees: The conference fee, €995, includes conference activities, networking day, documentation and two nights accommodation with full board — arrival on June 17, departure on June 19.
As an alternative you can buy the conference package with the networking day excluded and only one night accommodation with full board at €875: arrival June 18, departure June 19.
Additional nights: You can reserve additional accommodation at Tammsvik, Monday, June 16 and Thursday June 19 at €140 per night, including breakfast.
