Invitation to Strategic Client Meeting
On behalf of Sabre Airline Solutions I would like to invite you to the 7th Sabre Rocade Strategic Client Meeting.
For the first time, the meeting will take place on the most beautiful island of Mauritius, February 20th to 23rd, and will be arranged in cooperation with Air Mauritius.
The Strategic Client Meetings were first launched in 2001. Sabre® Rocade®suite customers have a lot of experience and ideas about the future. The ambition of this meeting is to gather your operations managers and IT experts in a dynamic forum for an exchange of ideas. As a team, we will discuss how to improve and develop IT solutions for support of airline operations processes. Feedback from the recent meetings in Reykjavik and Beijing has been especially positive. Encouraged by this positive response and the gains that have been made by those taking part, our goal is to make an even better program for the meeting in Mauritius.
The agenda will include topics such as:
- The progress of integrating the Sabre product portfolio with the SabreŽ RocadeŽ Airline Operations Suite
- Rocade product development status and plans
- Customer testimonials from recent version 5 projects
- Site visit to Air Mauritius
- Discussions on strategic directions and trends in the business
Conference logistics:
Monday February 20th - Arrival, check in
Tuesday February 21st - Conference
Wednesday February 22nd - Conference
Thursday February 23rd - Site visit to Air Mauritius followed by activities on/ by the sea
Air Mauritius will provide tickets with discounted fares on their flights from Paris (CDG) on Sunday, February 19th with return in the evening of Thursday, February 23rd. In addition to the complete conference package, we offer additional hotel nights combined with alternative return flights should you wish to extend your stay.
The conference fee is 685 EURO and includes all activities on the above agenda, accommodation in single room for three nights including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delegates can optionally bring their partners. Additional charge for accommodation of 2 people in double room, 3 nights including meals: 290 EURO. Additional hotel nights including breakfast and dinner, Thursday 23rd - Friday 24th, Friday 24th - Saturday 25th are available at 195 EURO per night (single) respectively 280 EURO per night (2 persons in double).
