Regardless of the option chosen, we provide around-the-clock, global maintenance support seven days a week. This means that no matter what time of the day it is, you can count on someone working on your specific issue during your business hours from one of our three global service centers.
Implementation and Support Lifecycle
Our implementation and support lifecycle has five stages – project initiation, Interactive Pilot, solution adoption, project transition and customer care. The lifecycle is designed to ensure that airlines receive significant, immediate value and improved business operations through our products, services and expertise.
“Value optimization” activities are a central theme that runs throughout the lifecycle. During the implementation process, the Sabre® project team will assess current business practices, recommend new business processes, identify value measures and key performance indicators , and provide hands-on training and transition assistance to move from current practices to the future-state solution.
Following the successful implementation, the customer will be transitioned to the Sabre Customer Care team – including a non-stop help desk staffed with employees who have significant experience in both IT solutions and the airline industry. The lifecycle is tailored to minimize implementation risk and maximize solution value.
