SabreSonic Global Conference

Hilton DFW Lakes - Grapevine, Texas Oct 25-27, 2010

Overview

We hope that you are planning to attend this year’s SabreSonic Global Conference.  It will take place October 25 – 27, 2010 in Grapevine, Texas.  Our conference hotel is very convenient to the DFW airport as well as the Grapevine Mills shopping complex.  The conference will kick off Monday morning with our Customer Council meetings and will conclude on Wednesday evening.

Please note some important changes we have made to the agenda this year.  At your suggestion, we’ve single-threaded the majority of the agenda so that each delegate has the opportunity to attend each session.  We’ve also scheduled 3 workshops we are calling “Business Solution Design Sessions”.  In each of these sessions, we want to discuss a business problem you are facing and jointly develop “user stories” regarding how these problems could be solved.  One idea we have is “’Irregular Ops’ and how reaccommodation should interface with self-service devices.”  Since this is your conference, we’d like to hear your ideas for these sessions on the Hub group (SabreSonic Conference Ideas/Suggestions) dedicated to conference planning.  That way, your colleges will be able to join in the discussion.

This conference is designed for you to interact with Sabre experts, discuss the 2011 SabreSonic product plan and, just as importantly, to network with fellow community members.  We will have several Resident Expert booths available during the breaks for you to have one-on one time with the solution experts.  If you can stay into Thursday the 28th, there will also be time to schedule one-on-one meetings with those same solution experts.  Also on Thursday, we will conduct a session dedicated to Revenue Integrity and SabreSonic Check-in.

Remember, the global conference is where you vote for the regional product plan.  Please plan to attend and collaborate with other airlines in your region and get your submissions on the plan!

To our long-time customers, the SabreSonic team is looking forward to another great conference. We also take great pleasure in welcoming our new customers to this important event.
