SabreSonic CSS Conference

Manila Mar 28-31, 2011

Overview

We hope that you are planning to attend one of this year’s SabreSonic CSS Spring Conferences. We took careful consideration of your feedback and drafted a very dynamic agenda. We are certain you will enjoy the event! The conferences will take place March 7th – 10th, 2011 in New York City and March 28th – 31st in Manila, Philippines. Each conference will kick off Monday evening with a welcome reception and will conclude Thursday evening.

We will continue to use single threaded sessions at our spring conferences so that each delegate has the opportunity to attend each session.  At your suggestion, we are introducing some interesting changes to the agenda this year.  We significantly increased the time allocated to the Resident Expert sessions so that you have the opportunity to interact with solution experts one-on one. We also included a “Voice of the Customer update” session to inform you on progress of Voice of the Customer items, specifically Customer Care related topics. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to voice your recommendations in regard to our voting process. We are fully committed to revamping the current voting process, and will use the feedback gathered during the “Voting Working Session” to create the new framework.

This is your conference, and it is specially designed for you to interact with Sabre experts, discuss the SabreSonic CSS product plan and, just as importantly, to network with fellow community members. We would like to hear your ideas for any of these sessions on the Hub group (SabreSonic Conference Ideas/Suggestions) dedicated to conference planning.

To our long-time customers, the SabreSonic CSS team is looking forward to another great conference. We also take great pleasure in welcoming our new customers to this important event.
