Overview

The Sabre® DevCon is open to current customers that already have a relationship with Sabre and are using Sabre technologies built for application development. Examples include Sabre approved third-party developers, airlines, agencies, and TMCs.

Dallas is a fast growing city that has always fostered innovation and entrepreneurship and we believe that our unique conference will do the same for our Sabre Travel Network® and Sabre Airline Solutions developer community. Not only will our DevCon sessions address and inform attendees about the latest in travel commerce and Sabre's offerings but we also want to provide a venue where developers have hands-on sessions, the ability to network with other Sabre developers and the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Sabre's technology thought leaders.

DevCon promises to provide engaging sessions to harness the power of Sabre, the largest global travel commerce provider. We want to provide the best foundation to build useful applications, education on proven best business practices and the tools to expand business opportunities and connect with customers.

Who Should Attend?

The Sabre DevCon is open to approved developers that already have a relationship with Sabre. You should attend if you are:

  • Savvy developer who wants to create better, more profitable applications for their customers
  • Innovative entrepreneur who wants to learn how to use Sabre to build their businesses
  • Interested in learning the future of Sabre and travel commerce in general

Conference Fee

The US$200.00 conference fee can be paid online during the registration process or at the conference.  If you wish to pay at the conference, choose the offline payment option.  We accept cash, traveler's checks, company checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

With 32 years of experience in IT, 24 of those years in the travel industry, Robert joined Sabre as CTO in May of 2006 from Travelport in Denver, where he also served as CTO. Since joining the company, Robert has moved Sabre to its first enterprise-wide set of infrastructure standards that are managed by his organization and allow the business units to focus their attentions on the attributes of our business which differentiates us from our competition.

Kyle Moore, Vice President Product Marketing
Kyle Moore has been with Sabre for 14 years, with experience across a variety of disciplines. He currently leads the Product Marketing team responsible for setting Sabre’s product strategy across the air distribution space, as well as Sabre’s Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data strategy. For airline distribution, this includes identifying where Sabre evolves its core participation, its connectivity tools, its point-of-sale shopping technology, and its inventory solutions. Prior to this, Mr. Moore had marketing responsibility for hotel, car rental, and rail distribution and a large variety of Sabre’s solutions offered to airlines for their internal automation needs, including tools to facilitate crew management and airport staffing, loyalty tools, cabin services, and reservations and point of sale tools. He also has substantive experience in corporate travel management and online self-management tools, traditional agency shopping and booking behavior.
