Senior Vice President, Delivery, Care And Consulting, Sabre Airline Solutions
Sanjay Nanda leads the Delivery, Customer Care and Consulting teams at Sabre Airline Solutions®. In this role, he oversees the implementation and customer support of all software solutions across the business’ airline customer base. He also leads the company’s consulting organization that helps airlines, around the world, improve their performance on commercial, operational and service metrics. Nanda has more than 23 years of experience in software, operations and strategy, as well as the airline industry. His focus is on helping the business grow by driving high customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Sabre Airline Solutions, Nanda was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. He also worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Delta Air Lines. He has spoken at industry forums about airlines, marketing and IT. He served as an advisor to two technology start-ups.
Nanda has a master’s degree in operations research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Kentucky’s Berea College.
He enjoys playing sports, particularly soccer, basketball, squash and cricket. His other interests include films, theater, investing, world music and supporting non-profits focused on underprivileged children.
